We have just received an update from our sponsor BigBadToyStore letting us know that a law firm on behalf of Marlboro & Phillip Morris USA is telling retailers not to sell the Takara Tomy MP-23 Exhaust in the USA. Phillip Morris claims there is a trademark infringement of their logo and such violates laws pertaining to minors and the advertising of tobacco products. As a result, BBTS have taken down all order pages for the Takara Tomy MP-23 Exhaust until further notice. Read on for the full details from BigBadToyStore.
Thanks to Kelvin Chan who's posted something quite interesting on his Facebook about a Hasbro Masterpiece Ultra Magnus figure. According to the post Hasbro's Hong Kong and Australia could be seeing this as soon as late December. Read on for more details and a look at the
Book your flights now! November 29th and 30th is the "Transformers Carnival" event at Japanese ToysRUs stores. While that sounds like it could be really neat, the reality is that spending 3000 Yen at one of those stores on one of those days will net you one of six reissues of previous promotional figures. In other words, Takara has partnered with TRU Japan to be rid of unclaimed promo stock. Keep reading for all the details!
Live-action Transformers composer Steve Jablonsky has posted an illuminating explanation to Facebook to help us understand why the Age of Extinction (and, as it turns out, Dark of the Moon) soundtracks have been removed from iTunes. In short, it has to do with music licensing fees that kick in at a certain threshold- and Paramount doesn't want to have to pay them. Keep reading for Jablonsky's full statement!

Peaugh has posted a video showing the recently revealed Titanium Saint figure, representing an Alpha Trion that transforms in to a space battleship. The video offers a basic overview of the toy which may give you a sense of what to expect from this figure - one point emphasized is the figure being smaller than anticipated, but the design simplicity is praised. Shockwave14 has posted to let everyone know that he's found Voyager Brainstorm at a Wal-Mart in National City, California. Posting an image of his receipt for proof, it looks like Brainstorm's case revision is hitting just in time for what we can hope will be quick distribution around the US for the major holiday shopping weeks. Hopefully this will also mean online retailers receive their stock very soon as well. Good hunting!
Singapore fangroup Planet Iacon has posted images of diagrams showing Superion and "Ultra Prime," Combiner Wars Optimus Prime's super robot mode. These use only the Wave 1 limb-bots, so each of the Autobot combiners is making use of Stunticon Dragstrip in some form or another. Since they seem to be emphasizing the Scramble City mix-and-match aspect for Combiner Wars it works but still... weird. Keep reading to see!
Kotobukiya has posted a pretty big gallery of images of the upcoming D-Style Megatron kit! It's nicely poseable, especially for a kit of this squatty body type, and comes with a few accessories. Beyond a separate gun-mode Megatron and the ubiquitous energy mace, Megatron comes with three separate faces. Out of the three - Frowny Face, Shouty Face, and Sneery Face - I think Shouty Face is my favorite. Keep reading to see the mirrored gallery!
The official TakaraTomy PR Twitter account for Transformers has posted a new photo of Army Camo Hound, a recolor of the Generations Voyager mold that is part of a special box set with the Japanese home video release of Age of Extinction. It's not a huge difference from the mass release in either country, but it looks pretty nice and should be a nice bonus for those who want the Japanese Blu-Ray version of Transformers 4.
